Who says that a cheese ball is only for holidays? It\u2019s great for any season and any day! It could be the perfect party appetizer, tasty snack with crackers, nuts, or cut-up vegetables, or as I love to simply spread it on a morning toast.<\/p>\n
This is a lighter recipe of Cheese Ball. I used light cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt to reduce some saturated fats. Greek yogurt, like sour cream, makes the cheese ball soft and creamy. So, don\u2019t skip this ingredient!<\/p>\n
This Cheese Ball is quick and so easy to make recipe:<\/p>\n
Simply combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and mix together.<\/p>\n
Then shape into a ball and coat generously with the topping stuff and your job is done!<\/p>\n
You can make it in advance and if you\u2019re lucky to have leftovers, keep it in a fridge for up to one week.<\/p>\n
