This Summer Tomato Salad is a fresh and flavorful salad that couldn\u2019t be any simpler to make. Sliced colorful heirloom tomatoes arranged with crunchy cucumbers on a baby spinach bed, drizzled with savory vinaigrette, plus a sprinkling of feta cheese create a really elegant dish. It\u2019s a healthy meal option for all family and friends that is ready in only 10 minutes!<\/p>\n

I love using heirloom tomatoes for this recipe because they always have the fresh tomato flavor, sweet taste, and unique shape.
