This Turkey Leg recipe is quick and surprisingly easy to make with minimum prep time. This is a very simplified unstuffed turkey roulade so you don\u2019t need to spend extra time in the kitchen making stuffing. Deboned turkey leg is rubbed with dry herbs and spices before being rolled up and roasted in the oven until cooked to perfection.<\/p>\n
