- 1 medium 125 g. ripe banana
- ½ small orange juice only (35 ml)
- 75 g. dark chocolate 85% cocoa beans
- 1 tbsp. 10 g. stevia
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
Place the banana and orange juice in a blender and pulse into smooth.
Pour the banana mixture in a small saucepan, add stevia and bring to a boil on medium heat stirring often.
Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and mix until melted completely.
Add the orange zest and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the chocolate banana spread to a jar or container and keep in a fridge up to two weeks.
