Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium 125 g. ripe banana
  • ½ small orange juice only (35 ml)
  • 75 g. dark chocolate 85% cocoa beans
  • 1 tbsp. 10 g. stevia
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana and orange juice in a blender and pulse into smooth.
  • Pour the banana mixture in a small saucepan, add stevia and bring to a boil on medium heat stirring often.
  • Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and mix until melted completely.
  • Add the orange zest and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
  • Transfer the chocolate banana spread to a jar or container and keep in a fridge up to two weeks.
  • Enjoy!
