Healthy Caesar Dressing
Super easy, lighter Caesar Dressing comes together quickly and has lovely savory flavors. My Caesar Salad has never been so healthy and tasted this good!

- 1 cup 225 g Greek yogurt, 2%
- 2 Tbsp. 30 g mayo
- 1/3 cup 25 g parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets or 1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. 15 g Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients to a hand blender mixing cup or bowl and puree until combined and creamy. You can also use a food processor or even whisk everything together in a bowl (just finely chop the anchovy fillets and mince the garlic before mixing).
Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
