Ingredients
3
large potatoes
or ~1 lb / 450g, cut into 1-inch cubes
1
large bell pepper
or 180g, chopped into 1-inch cubes
2
medium red onions
or ~160g, chopped into 1-inch cubes
1
tsp.
garlic powder
1
tsp.
Cajun seasoning or paprika
1
Tbsp.
or 7g avocado or olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
In a large bowl, combine the vegetables with seasonings, oil, salt, and pepper.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer, and air fry for 20 minutes shaking halfway through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
