Instant Pot Overnight Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 90 g old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 300 ml water
  • 300 g butternut squash chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spices
  • 2 tsp 10g honey
  • 10 g pecans or walnuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place oats, water, chopped butternut squash, and salt into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and cook on the Slow-Cooking program for 3 hours (you can live it in your Instant Pot overnight).
  • Once the cooking program finishes, add spices, combine your meal and enjoy with some honey and nuts.
