Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 350g. blueberries
  • 3 tbsp. 30 g. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. 15 ml. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. 15 g cornstarch, dissolved into 2 tbsp. of water
  • 100 ml. water

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan add the blueberries, water, and maple syrup.
  • Bring to a low boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes, or until the blueberries start to break down.
  • Pour the dissolved cornstarch to the blueberries. Add the lemon juice, stir and continue to simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
  • Cool the sauce then transfer to a jar or container and keep refrigerated.
  • Enjoy!
