Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese, melted butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla. With a hand mixer mix together until creamy. (Use a blender if you don’t have a hand mixer).
Add the flour and chopped chocolate. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, fold ingredients together until well combined.
Roll the dough into balls (make about 12 medium balls) and place onto the lined baking sheet.
Flatten the balls slightly with your fingers, then place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
