Serve your dinner with this Grilled Asparagus topped with feta cheese and toasted almond flakes. It’s a quick side dish that’s perfect for vegetarians and the entire family! This is definitely a hit!

  • 1 lb. asparagus (~400 g trimmed)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ - 1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For garnish:
  • 2 Tbsp. 20 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. 12 g toasted almond flakes


  • Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to high heat, (about 400°F).
  • Trim the tough ends of the asparagus by snapping or cutting the ends off.
  • Drizzle the asparagus with 1 Tbsp of the olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and just fork tender.
  • Remove from grill, garnish with crumbled feta and almond flakes and enjoy!
