  • 1 bunch (330 g) asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. (5 g) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.
  • Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic or garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle with the lemon juice and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
