- 1 lb. 485g whole salmon fillet (skin-on)
- 1 tbsp. 15g honey liquid
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat an oven to 400ยบ F.
In a small bowl whisk together honey, garlic, some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the salmon, skin side down, in the center of the foil and brush with the honey mixture.
Cover with the foil and bake for 12-15 min.
Garnish with some parsley and enjoy!
