Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. 485g whole salmon fillet (skin-on)
  • 1 tbsp. 15g honey liquid
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat an oven to 400ยบ F.
  • In a small bowl whisk together honey, garlic, some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the salmon, skin side down, in the center of the foil and brush with the honey mixture.
  • Cover with the foil and bake for 12-15 min.
  • Garnish with some parsley and enjoy!
