190 g rolled oats

25 g stevia

c.
40 g dried cranberries

tsp.
baking powder
½
c.
80 g unsweetened applesauce

large egg

125 ml milk, 2%

tsp.
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with muffin pan liners.
In a mixing bowl combine the oats, stevia, cranberries, and baking powder.
In another bowl combine the applesauce, eggs, milk, and vanilla; blend well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
With a scoop or spoon fill each muffin tin 3/4 of the way.
Bake for about 25 -30 minutes or until tops are golden.
