Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, or stand mixer, beat together the eggs with erythritol on high speed until light in color and thick, about 5 minutes.
Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract and beat on low speed until combined.
Add half of the flour mixture to the batter; mix with a spatula just until incorporated. Add remaining half of the flour and mix until well combined. Do not over-mix.
Pour the batter over the strawberries in the baking dish. Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Serve the strawberry dessert warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
