Strawberry Filling:

  • 2 ½ cups (or 375g) fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup (or 45 g) erythritol or another sweetener

Cake Layer:

  • ¼ cup (or 40g) all-purpose flour or white whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup (or 40g) almond flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup (or 45g) erythritol
  • ¼ cup (or 50g) milk (any kind)
  • 1 Tbsp. (or 8g) light olive oil or vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)

How to Make Strawberry Dessert?

Strawberry Filling:

Cake Layer:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
