Ingredients for Greek Yogurt Chia Parfait
- 3 tbsp. (30 g.) chia seeds
- 150 ml. coconut milk, fat reduced
- 6 tbsp. (60 g.) blueberry sauce
- 3 tbsp. (30 g.) maple syrup
- ¾ cup (60 g.) granola
- 1 cup (210 g.) plain Greek yogurt, 2%
- 1 large (180 g.) fresh peach, sliced or diced
- 90 g. blueberries
How to Make Greek Yogurt Chia Parfait
- In a small bowl or jar stir together the coconut milk and chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- To make the parfait: layer all the ingredients equally between three small (about 300 ml.) glasses or jars.
- Garnish the top with whole blueberries or peach slices and granola.
- Keep refrigerated up to two days.
