  • ¼ cup (or 55g) store-bought or homemade basil pesto
  • 2-3 Tbsp. lemon juice

How to Make Oven Baked Pesto Chicken

  2. Massage the pesto sauce evenly on each chicken breast on both sides.

Optional:

  1. Let the chicken marinate for about 15 minutes at room temperature (while preheating your oven).
