This is my very favorite, light, and easy Caesar Salad recipe. I’ve got a delicious, restaurant-quality Healthy Caesar Salad you can enjoy without any guilt!
Packed with lots of lettuce, freshly made croutons, sprinkled with shaved parmesan cheese, and of course, the lovely savory dressing! The dressing is light, low in calories, healthy, but gives so much fresh flavor to the salad.

Ingredients for Healthy Caesar Salad
For the Croutons:
- 1 ½ cup (50 g) cubed French Baguette or any bread
- 1 Tbsp. (7 g) olive oil
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ground black pepper to taste
For the Caesar Salad:
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, (240 g chopped)
- 1/4 cup (25 g) parmesan cheese, shaved or shredded
- ½ cup (120 g) Healthy Caesar Dressing
How to Make Healthy Caesar Salad
Make Stovetop Croutons:
- Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the bread cubes to the skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until evenly coated and arrange in a single layer.
- Cook and stir until lightly golden and crisp. Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.
Make Caesar Salad:
- Wash and dry the lettuce and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Cut or tear the lettuce leaves into bite-size pieces and place onto a salad plate. Drizzle the salad dressing over the top, sprinkle with shaved or shredded parmesan cheese and croutons. Toss lightly until the lettuce is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
