Apple Berry Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Apple Berry Baked Oatmeal is a filling breakfast that’s easy, healthy, and provides plenty of fiber, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. Chia and flaxseeds supply omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber for additional nutrients. Besides that, this baked oatmeal is really good with the fresh summer flavors and a little chewy, creamy, and moist texture.

This baked oatmeal tastes like a dessert without extra calories and it’s sugar-free! I like having this not just for brunch or breakfast but also for an afternoon snack to a cup of coffee.

Serve this Apple Berry Baked Oatmeal with plain Greek yogurt for extra protein breakfast! It’s also delicious to have this with regular or plant milk.

It’s a perfect recipe to prepare ahead of time and then just heat it up in the oven or microwave to enjoy your delicious breakfast for the rest of the week!
