  • 1 (140 g) large ripe banana,
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup (75 g) oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. (2 g) oil (for brushing a skillet)
  • maple syrup, Greek yogurt, banana slices or berries, to serve.

How to Make Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, and mashed banana.
  • Add the blended oats and baking powder and mix just until combined well.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over a medium-low Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle and cook for a minute or two each side, until the pancakes are golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup, Greek yogurt, banana slices or/and berries.
  • Enjoy!
