Healthy Caesar Dressing recipe is made using wholesome ingredients with Greek yogurt as a base. This Caesar Dressing is packed with protein, low fat, and low calories but it’s so delicious in crunchy Caesar salad. This Healthy Caesar Dressing not only tastes amazing with rich Caesar flavor it has also thick, creamy texture.
It’s a really easy homemade dressing which is ready in minutes without any mess in the kitchen! You just need to simply mix all of the ingredients together in a blender and that IS IT!
The dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to two weeks and tastes good.

Ingredients for Healthy Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup (225 g) Greek yogurt, 2%
- 2 Tbsp. (30 g) mayo
- 1/3 cup (25 g) parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets or 1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. (15 g) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Healthy Caesar Dressing
- Add all the ingredients to a hand blender mixing cup or bowl and puree until combined and creamy. You can also use a food processor or even whisk everything together in a bowl (just finely chop the anchovy fillets and mince the garlic before mixing).
- Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Enjoy!

- 1/3 cup 25 g parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets or 1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. 15 g Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
