  • 1 lb. asparagus, (~400 g trimmed)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ – 1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For garnish:
  • 2 Tbsp. (20 g) Feta cheese, crumbled

How to Make Grilled Asparagus

  1. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to high heat, (about 400°F).
  2. Trim the tough ends of the asparagus by snapping or cutting the ends off.
