How to Make Cauliflower Crust Pizza?

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets into a food processor and pulse until finely grated. Transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  • 1 lb or 450g cauliflower florets, (about 1 medium cauliflower)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup or 50g shredded mozzarella, lower fat
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • salt and ground pepper to taste

For cauliflower crust pizza topping:

  • 1/3 cup or 90g marinara sauce
  • 5 oz or 150g Roasted Turkey Breast (chicken, beef, or ham), sliced
  • 1 cup or 150g fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup or 100g shredded mozzarella, lower fat
  • oregano basil leaves, or parsley for garnish
