Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb (700g) salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp (8g) melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill (optional), for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 355°F (180°C). Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over each piece of salmon.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and extra lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately.

  • Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon.
  • No need to flip the salmon while cooking.
