Roasted Pork Tenderloin

I’ll never stop saying that eating healthy isn’t complicated and moreover untasty or flavorless. You can enjoy almost every regular food but make little changes in the recipe to turn it into a healthier way. This Roasted Pork Tenderloin doesn’t need to make any changes. This part of pork cutting is skinny and tender, obviously, so that is perfect meat for making healthy dinner that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 (medium) 2.5 lb/1.1 kg pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced or 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 ½ - 2 tsp. salt or to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 430 ˚F.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic or garlic powder, thyme, oregano, pepper, and salt. Set aside.
  • Drizzle the tenderloins all over with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle the seasonings and rub it into the meat with your hands.
  • Place the tenderloins on the baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 ˚F. Then turn on the grill or broil and continue cooking about 5 more minutes until it’s golden brown and the pork is 155 ˚F internally.
  • Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 5-7 minutes.
  • Cut the tenderloin into slices, serve warm and enjoy!
