No Bake Matcha Green Tea, Coconut & Almonds Balls

This Matcha Green Tea Balls recipe is so quick and easy to make! You’ll get your wonderfully delicious beauties in just a few minutes. (for 20-22 balls)

  • 1 ½ cup 125 g shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1 cup 110 g. blended almonds or almond flour
  • ½ cup 100 ml. coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. 25 g. stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder


  • Place all ingredients, except matcha powder in a food processor and process until the mix combines well.
  • Scoop out a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.
  • Dust the balls with matcha powder.
  • Store in a fridge for up to two weeks.
