No Bake Matcha Green Tea, Coconut & Almonds Balls
This Matcha Green Tea Balls recipe is so quick and easy to make! You’ll get your wonderfully delicious beauties in just a few minutes. They made with simple natural ingredients, loaded with good fat, carbs, and fiber to fuel up your body and satisfy your sweet tooth. These are incredible on the go snack that full of coconut flavor with delicate matcha taste. Plus, these matcha green tea balls are also vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free dairy-free, paleo and keto friendly.
(for 20-22 balls)
- 1 ½ cup 125 g shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1 cup 110 g. blended almonds or almond flour
- ½ cup 100 ml. coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. 25 g. stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
Place all ingredients, except matcha powder in a food processor and process until the mix combines well.
Scoop out a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.
Dust the balls with matcha powder.
Store in a fridge for up to two weeks.
