Ingredients for Matcha Green Tea Balls
(for 20-22 balls)
- 1 ½ cup (125 g) shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1 cup (110 g.) blended almonds or almond flour
- ½ cup (100 ml.) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. (25 g.) stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
How to Make Matcha Green Tea Balls
- Place all ingredients, except matcha powder in a food processor and process until the mix combines well.
- Scoop out a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.
- Dust the balls with matcha powder.
- Store in a fridge for up to two weeks.
