- 2 large sweet potatoes (2 lb / 920 g peeled and sliced)
- 2 tbsp. (10 g.) olive oil
- 3 tbsp. (20 g.) butter, melted
- 4 tbsp. (20 g.) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- ½ tsp. dried thyme
- salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Roasted Sweet Potato Side Dish
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices.
- Place the potato slices into a large bowl, add the olive oil, melted butter, and 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (leave 1 tbsp. for garnish).
