Baked Salmon Side in Foil

This Baked Salmon Side is one of my favorite fish meals. I’m such a simple food lover yet, but I like this food to be prepared great with its natural flavor and juicy that melts in the mouth. This Baked Salmon is exactly the same. Salmon fillet coated in honey and garlic comes out flaky and tender. In addition, it’s is so quick and easy to prepare without any clean-up!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. (485 g) whole salmon fillet (skin-on)
- 1 tbsp. (15 g) honey liquid
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat an oven to 400º F.
- In a small bowl whisk together honey, garlic, some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the salmon, skin side down, in the center of the foil and brush with the honey mixture.
- Cover with the foil and bake for 12-15 min.
- Garnish with some parsley and enjoy!
