Easy Baked Chicken Wings
Chicken wings make a great snack for game day parties or holiday appetizers, but they also might be an excellent family meal. These Easy Baked Chicken Wings are savory and delicious that you’ll never believe they are baked in the oven with minimum effort!

- 3 lb 1360g chicken wings
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. 15g honey
- 1 ½ tsp. 5g sesame oil
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder or 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp. favorite chicken seasoning
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper optional
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Ingredients for Homemade Greek yogurt Parmesan Sauce/Dip
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 2%
- ¼ cup mayo optional
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
Pour the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil over the chicken wings. Season with all the seasonings and stir it all to combine.
*To make hotter wings, add some Tabasco or more cayenne pepper to the marinade.
Put the wings in the fridge and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
**If you are using small chicken wings, reduce the initial baking time by about 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle the chicken wings with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy!
