- 3 lb (1360g) chicken wings
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (15g) honey
- 1 ½ tsp. (5g) sesame oil
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder or 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. favorite chicken seasoning
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Ingredients for Homemade Greek yogurt Parmesan Sauce/Dip
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2%
- ¼ cup mayo (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Baked Chicken Wings
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil over the chicken wings. Season with all the seasonings and stir it all to combine.
*To make hotter wings, add some Tabasco or more cayenne pepper to the marinade.
- Put the wings in the fridge and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
