Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Pastrami

  • 2 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups milk or water
  • 2 tsp. liquid honey
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tsp. mustard with seeds
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

  3. In a medium bowl, mix all spices, oil, honey, and mustard.
