Easy Roasted Asparagus
This perfectly tender Easy Roasted Asparagus is an incredible side dish for any meal. It takes under 15 minutes - and yummy fresh vegetables are on your dinner plate!

- 1 bunch (330 g) asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. (5 g) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced or ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic or garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with the lemon juice and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
