- 90 g old-fashioned rolled oats
- 300 ml water
- 300 g butternut squash chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spices
- 2 tsp 10g honey
- 10 g pecans or walnuts for garnish
Place oats, water, chopped butternut squash, and salt into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and cook on the Slow-Cooking program for 3 hours (you can live it in your Instant Pot overnight).
Once the cooking program finishes, add spices, combine your meal and enjoy with some honey and nuts.
