Ingredients:

90 g old-fashioned rolled oats
300 ml water
300 g butternut squash, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
2 tsp. (10 g) honey
10 g pecans or walnuts for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place oats, water,chopped butternut squash, and salt into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and cook on the Slow-Cooking program for 3 hours(you can live it in your Instant Pot overnight).
  2. Once the cooking program finishes, add spices, combine your meal and enjoy with some honey and nuts.
