- 80 ml. (1/3 cuunsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. (10honey liquid or maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup (100plain Greek yogurt 2% M.F.
- 2 tbsp. (30no sugar added apricot jam
- 1 small (80 fresh peach chopped
In a small jar or bowl, combine the milk with chia seeds, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight), until the chia seeds have absorbed enough moisture.
Get the chia mixture from the fridge; add honey and mix to combine. Place into a serving jar or bowl.
In a small bowl mix together the Greek yogurt and apricot jam. Pour over the chia mixture, and then add peaches on top.
