Ingredients for Peach Yogurt Chia Pudding
- 2 tbsp. (16g) chia seeds
- 80 ml. (1/3 cup) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. (10g) honey liquid, or maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup (100g) plain Greek yogurt, 2% M.F.
- 2 tbsp. (30g) no sugar added apricot jam
- 1 small (80 g) fresh peach, chopped
How to Make Peach Yogurt Chia Pudding
- In a small jar or bowl, combine the milk with chia seeds, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight), until the chia seeds have absorbed enough moisture.
- Get the chia mixture from the fridge; add honey and mix to combine. Place into a serving jar or bowl.
- In a small bowl mix together the Greek yogurt and apricot jam. Pour over the chia mixture, and then add peaches on top.
- Enjoy!
