Ingredients:

  • 1 whole mackerel, gutted
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 420°F.
  2. Place the mackerel on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season well the inside and outside with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Stuff the cavity with a few the lemon slices. Drizzle generously with lemon juice.
  5. Bake the fish for 20-25 min. until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
