Ingredients for Baked Chicken Nuggets

  • 2 medium (450 g.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup (55 g.) crushed corn flakes
  • 3 tbsp. (30 g.) grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Baked Chicken Nuggets

  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the crushed corn flakes and grated parmesan in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place in the bowl of the food processor.
  4. Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and water. Pulse until the chicken is finely chopped.
  5. Scoop about one tablespoon of the chicken mixture and make small nuggets with your wet hands.
  6. One at a time, roll the nuggets in the cornflakes mixture to coat evenly.
  7. Place the nuggets on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the nuggets cooked through, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve with sauce, if desired and enjoy!
