Ingredients for Baked Chicken Nuggets
- 2 medium (450 g.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup (55 g.) crushed corn flakes
- 3 tbsp. (30 g.) grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Baked Chicken Nuggets
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the crushed corn flakes and grated parmesan in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place in the bowl of the food processor.
- Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and water. Pulse until the chicken is finely chopped.
- Scoop about one tablespoon of the chicken mixture and make small nuggets with your wet hands.
- One at a time, roll the nuggets in the cornflakes mixture to coat evenly.
- Place the nuggets on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the nuggets cooked through, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with sauce, if desired and enjoy!
