Healthy Mini Toast Recipe You’ll Want on Repeat

I make these canapés using my homemade sourdough bread, which gives the mini toasts the best crispy texture, and I top them with my homemade Gravlax – a recipe I shared in a previous post. When paired with a creamy Greek yogurt spread, these salmon canapés become the perfect healthy appetizer or low-calorie party snack.
