Healthy No Bake Chocolate Barks Recipe
Healthy No Bake Chocolate Bark recipe is super easy to prepare, tastes so good, and has great flavor. It needs only 4 ingredients that are easily held together and takes under 10 minutes to make! For these Chocolate Barks, you can use any type of chocolate—either semisweet or dark, and any kind of nuts or nut mix.
It is one of my favorite Christmas treats that I make every year to enjoy with family and friends during the Holidays. Because why not if these No Bake Chocolate Barks are just as indulgent as a cookie and perfect for a healthy snack!

Ingredients for Healthy No Bake Chocolate Barks
- 1 ½ cup (150g) good quality chocolate (I used 72% cocoa dark chocolate bar)
- 3 Tbsp. (45g) butter
- 1/3 cup (80g) walnuts, or your favorite nuts, roughly chopped
- 3 ½ cups (125g) corn flakes
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder (optional)
How to Make Healthy No Bake Chocolate Barks
- Use a silicone baking square pan, or line any 9” x 9” pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl add the chocolate and butter. Microwave on low in 20-second increments, stirring after each one., until smooth.
- When the chocolate is melted, add the walnuts, corn flakes, and cinnamon powder. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan and press down with a spoon as hard as you can. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm enough to cut.
- Cut into squares or barks. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
