Salmon Soup Recipe
If you have a piece of salmon and think about how to make it for a crowd, I have the perfect idea for you.
Easy Salmon Soup recipe uses simple, wholesome ingredients and makes delicious dinner. This soup is more filling with potatoes that go so well with salmon and the green peas provide some more nutrition to the diet. Juicy and tender chunks of salmon soaked in creamy broth are winning in all ways. The soup is finished with chopped fresh dill and squeezed lemon juice to freshen it up.
It’s one of the heartiest and most scrumptious soups you can make any season. It’s pretty light on warm days and comforting enough for chilly weather.
It’s healthy, it’s delicious, and loaded with protein and Omega-3 fatty acids. Definitely a winner!
How to Serve Salmon Soup
Enjoy this Salmon Soup on its own, or you might accompany it with crackers or toasted bread for a heartier meal. I recommend spreading this Homemade Basil Pesto on your crackers or bread. It’s soo delish! Italian Roasted Peppers or this Eggplant Spread on a piece of sourdough bread would be lovely as well. That’s my favorite ways to have soups with.
