  2. Season: Coat all sides with smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Prepare Garlic: Trim the top, drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil, and wrap in foil.

  • 2 med. ~3 lb/1360 g pork tenderloins
  • 2 Tbsp. (14 g) olive oil
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1-1.5 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1 head (40 g) garlic, top trimmed
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon or honey mustard

Instructions
 

  • Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. olive oil and rub evenly.
  • Sprinkle with smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt, coating all sides.
  • Cut off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves.
  • Place it on a piece of foil and drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil. Wrap loosely.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pork tenderloins and wrapped garlic in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Remove the pork and let it rest. If the garlic isn't soft and golden, air fry it for 7-10 minutes more until tender.
  • Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a small bowl.
  • Add Dijon or honey mustard and a pinch of salt. Mash together with fork into a smooth paste.
  • Return the pork to the air fryer and cook for another 12-15 minutes at 375°F (190°C), or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork tenderloins rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
