- red onion
- chopped fresh dill
- plain Greek yogurt
- light mayo
- fresh lemon juice
- whole grain mustard
- garlic powder
- everything bagel seasoning
- salt and pepper
How To Make Healthy Cucumber Salad

- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the cucumber along with the chopped fresh dill.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, light mayo, lemon juice, whole grain mustard, garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of the everything bagel seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust the lemon juice to taste if you like it tangier.

- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- ½ cup (125g) plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (45g) light mayo
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning divided
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference. Place in a large mixing bowl.
